This one-day course is aimed at NHS Staff, Community/Outreach Practitioners, Teachers, Police, Local Authority staff and other Statutory staff wanting to learn how to engage with a community whilst ensuring that no community group is excluded. Unconscious biases are social stereotypes about certain groups of people that individuals form outside their own conscious awareness.
